Welcome to my technical certification badge page! Here you will find a listing of all the technical (Cisco Networking Academy Instructor, Cisco networking, and Python programming) certifications I have earned over the years in badge form. These badges are being hosted at Badgr and I have embedded my badge portfolio below! Each time you pass a Cisco certification exam you are awarded a digital badge that represents your accomplishment.
One way to think about the certifications and how they translate to the educational context might be the following: Associate-level certifications are like an associate's degree from a community college; Professional-level certifications are like a bachelor's degree; Expert-level certifications are like a master's degree; the architect-level certification is like a PhD. For me, these badges are important as they represent much more than just a certification, they represent all of the hard work, failure, and determination that has gone into my life's work as a Cisco network engineer and Cisco Networking Academy Instructor.
