Objective:
I am a dedicated and passionate youth sport coach of over 25 years with a demonstrated commitment to an athlete-centered Individual Player Development (IDP) approach to player and team improvement. I use my coaching experience and education to contribute to the mental, physical, and emotional growth of youth sport athletes. I strive to create a safe and fun environment where the individual players and the team are my top priorities.

Experience:
Crofton High School, Crofton, Maryland: August 2020 - 2022.
Serving as the Head Women's Soccer Coach responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Junior Varsity (JV) and Varsity women's soccer programs: Focused on the mental health, physical safety, and Individual Player Development of all participants; lead pre-, in-, and post-season training, practice and games as well as game preparation and on-field coaching of all phases of play; work side-by-side with women's program coaching staff, the Athletic Director (AD), school administrators, and other sport program coaching staff members and players; apply an understanding of, and sensitivity to, the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds of my player pool; strive to ensure every player meets the highest academic, social, and ethical standards on the field, in the classroom, and in their community; MPSSAA 3A State Champions and Capital Gazette Coach of the Year for 2022.
